I use it every day. When I recive delivery mess., I call to recipient: "have any questions about my ecommerce?"
I just received an email notifying me that "in the next few days" Sidekick will no longer support Outlook.com email accounts. Within the next few seconds I had deleted the app.
Does not work, says "opened" as soon as you send the email to anyone not just myself. Waste of time.
Auto default sends emails from my personal email acct vs my business email, despite logging in from business Google acct! Oh but it gets better - when you attempt to contact customer service to report the issue you get a very condescending auto response basically offering absolutely no solution to your issue, nor alternative direction.
As a long time HubSpot customer I am getting increasingly frustrated with their apps. Sidekick isnt available on the iPad?! What are you waiting for? IPhone version is crashy and very limited. HubSpot needs to get in gear and update their apps for 2016! Or, I will spend Q1 looking at Marketo and Eloqua and ParDot - your not the only game in town...
Disappointing across the board. Dont understand how they even pushed this to the App Store without testing.
One star for the idea of tracking email usage but boy the execution is terrible. Tracking does not work well in cases like multiple recipients of your email. If you open your own email its reported as one view and even after flag and blocking your own devices used to read your email this app keeps tracking you. Why would you guys want anybody to pay for this? We are already doing "public" beta test for you
Does not let you correct false reports. Blows through free notifications in no time because it thinks everyone looks at EVERY email whenever I log in to my gmail. And cant report that its wrong. Also price just shot from $10 to $50/month for the service
This is the most disappointing app. I have ever used. My laptop is not always available, and the I-phone and I-Pad applications dont work. I wouldnt be surprised if Sidekick kicks the bucket soon.
Good for notifications when leads take action. Lacking capabilities to make it useful CRM on the go. Unable to see contacts list unless you also use Marketing app. Cant see tasks and scheduled meetings.
Cannot login. No problem with the marketing mobile app or the web version of Hubspot. I have even reset my password. Do others have the same problem?
The app doesnt recognize my username & password. Tried numerous time but to no avail. Bugs???
The app does what it says it does. However, on mobile devises there seems to be a glitch and attaching docs doesnt work. Needs to be addressed.
