Comparing this to Yesware which is much better (but paid). Hubspot Sales is okay. Testing with another email account, I notice it does not keep track of reopens well. Push notifications do not work properly. Sometimes you dont an email has been opened until you happen to be checking the app which may defeat the purpose if someone is trying to catch email recipients while theyre cognizant of the email. Okay for a free service but wanted to include these details just so you know!

Happy with this app. Easy to use. Shows me the info I expect. Good for salespeople needing as much info as possible.

Its a great app to see when someone opens your email but I cant report false notifications of when I open the email because when I click on the button to report it, it doesnt show me any options.

Just started using the app and cant find a way to archive or delete notifications from the timeline. Not really useful as I deal with 15+ e-mails and have to keep scrolling

I’ve been a desktop Signals user for a while, and was pleased to see it translate so neatly to mobile. It’s a really well designed, minimal fuss interface that does exactly what it sets out to do - show you who’s read your emails. Syncs seamlessly with gmail and apple mail accounts - you don’t even know it’s there, till you need it.

This app makes my follow-ups seamless as Im on the go. Hubspot has produced a quality email tracking program that every sales/project coordinator should be using! This software keeps you from guessing whether or not your email made it to your sender. I use it every day!

Download this app, and youll be wondering how you ever lived without it. Being able to track responses from your phone and get notified when someone opens it is so useful to sales. Its fast and really pretty. The onboarding tutorials are lame and repetitive, but otherwise this app is awesome.

Cant exaggerate the usefulness of this app. Just installed it yesterday and am hooked. The ability to get read receipts while away from my computer will definitely help me close deals as well as provide peace of mind that my key communications are being paid attention to.

I am so glad hubspot created this app so I can get notifications of tracked emails right on my phone. I also like that I can finally send tracked emails from my phone using the app. Simple, clean design. It does what its supposed to. Would recommend to anyone!

I dont know why there are no reviews for this app yet, but its a great app! It shows who opened my emails immediately. Very useful tool!

Often times, when I scroll to the open app and click to bring it open, it gives a “failed to get stream” error. I have to close the app and reopen it to make it work again. So, as far as keeping totally up to the minute of when my emails were opened… not 100% reliable.

Some false positives if you hit your own sent messages. Nice integration with SF. Had issues with Outlook install. Seems to conflict with enterprise security on my work boxes

Stopped working since the rename. One thing this company is proving to be is inconsistent. First with the name change, second with the service. Either stick to a brand and model or someone else will come along and do it right.

I think it is doing all the right things but needs to have the Billy to let people track things on sites that are not controlled by HubSpot for instance any site on the web. I obviously love HubSpot is a company and everyone there is great but frankly I use WordPress. A lot as well and I need to use a combination of this and Toutapp in order to track all the interaction for Mail on my websites.

Failed to stream. Constant errors .

Great concept and I want to love this. Yet- Im not getting any push notifications, if I delete a notification (website) it shows up again...and it appears impossible to delete notifications from the iPhone. I really dont want a mandatory timeline without ability to delete. Cant sync notifications between iPhone and desktop which is a pain. Im looking forward to giving this a 5 star review one day!

This app is very slow to give results 90% of the time and ok 10% of the time. Not worth the time to wait for results.

Exactly what I needed when Im away from my laptop.

But the iPhone app is hit or miss on what actually appears. On the desktop Ill show history from an email sent, yet for some reason it wont appear within the app. This doesnt happen with every email. Most appear within the app, but every 5th one or so seems to not "mirror" over to the iPhone app. Please correct this issue.
